Fried pancakes with meat filling. An incredibly tasty snack popular in Russia. Usually served for lunch as a main course for the second. Pancakes with meat filling will also be an excellent addition to a cup of coffee or tea for breakfast.

Ingredients:

Chopped meat - 500 g
Small onion
Flour – 250 g
Sugar – 3 tbs
Salt – a pinch
Milk – 250 ml
Water – 250 ml
Eggs – 3 pcs
Sunflower oil – 100 ml

Mix the flour with salt, sugar and eggs. Add a half of cold water and milk, then add flour. Mix until you get a uniform mass, add gradually the rest of water and milk.
Strain the liquid batter.
Bake the pancakes in a heated frying pan (24-26 centimeters), which you should first spread with sunflower oil.
Pour in the pancake mix with a ladle, just enough to coat the pan, and cook until ready on each side
Fry the minced meat with onion in a pan, add salt. Grate boiled egg and mix with meat filling.
